
UK Monkeypox Case Rise To 207
The outbreak of monkeypox in the Uk is increasing day in and day out. UK monkeypox cases could get out of hand authorities have warned.
Eleven people have contacted the disease to take the number of cases to 207. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) reiterated that most cases have been in gay and bisexual men.

European countries like Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany have all recorded new cases. Officials said it was important that these men are aware of new lesions, rashes or scabs and get in contact with a sexual health clinic.

England has 199, while there have been five in Scotland, two in Northern Ireland and one in Wales. About 60 per cent of domestic infections have been among gay and bisexual men, with more than 86 per cent based in the epicentre of London. Only two cases have been women
